we are not responsible for prices quoted prior to price change.
All Prices are FOB our warehouse in Missouri City, Texas -
(Missouri City is a Suburb of Houston, Texas).

Packaging:
| Our products are packed and sold as one dozen of an item and color.
Many items are sold in assortments for the convenience of our customers.
The assortments are pre-made and may not be changed.
Some products are packed in assortments with display units.
Please ask about our Display Units, Bangle Boxes and Ring Boxes.

Please prepare your order by making a list of the items by item numbers before calling us.

Shipping:
| Orders received before 2 PM will be shipped the same day. We ship
via United Parcel Service. UPS has many services. Please specify
the service you would like us to use. In the absence of shipping
instructions your order will be shipped via UPS Ground service.
All orders are shipped F.O.B. Missouri City, Texas.
Customers pay shipping and COD charges.
All sales are final and are governed by Texas State Law.

Services of UPS:
| Next Day Air, 2 Days Air, 3 Day Select, (not counting the day of shipment) and
UPS Ground Service, takes 2 to 7 days depending on the distance of your city
from Houston, Texas.

Payment:
| COD and Credit Cards. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express cards.
UPS charges $9.00 COD Fee.

Texas Customers:
| Texas customers must provide "Texas Sales Tax Resale Certificate" stating
that they are responsible for collecting and paying the Texas State Sales Tax to
the Texas State Comptroller. Orders can not be shipped without this certificate.

Business Hours:
| Phone orders: Monday to Friday 9 AM to 4.30 PM Central Time.
We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and on Public Holidays.
To avoid any inconvenience to yourself, Kindly call well in advance
before traveling to our office. We may not be present at the office
all the time because most of the time my wife and I are traveling to
trade shows either to sell or by products or just for vacation.

Return of pruducts:
| Products are returnable only for manufacturing defects. Customers must
inform any manufacturing defects within 10 days from the date of invoice
and obtain an approval from us. The return merchandise must be
accompanied by :
1. A copy of our invoice under which the goods were shipped to you,
2. A letter written on your business stationary stating the reasons of return
and our return approval number.
We appreciate your business and assure you that you will be fully satisfied
with our products and service.
